Reentry Rebuild and Rise Pathways Program is part of the larger mission of Journey To DevelopHer Initiative Inc., a nonprofit committed to creating pathways out of poverty and into purpose.

This program was created after Journey To DevelopHer Initiative Inc. was awarded the JOBS Grant from the U.S. Department of Labor in June 2026.

Founded by Dionte White, the program provides hands-on, justice-impacted construction training and wrap-around support to help participants rebuild their lives and rise into meaningful careers.
